Why You’ll Love No Bake Chocolate Balls

These No Bake Chocolate Balls 🍫 could not be better. They come together so quickly and no baking is required! Plus, they use up the almond pulp from my almond milk recipe, so they’re no-waste too. These are also incredibly versatile : absolutely add in whatever flavor options and add-ins you love. Pack them up for a work break snack, or keep them in the fridge when you need a little sweet bite 😋 . These also are a great gift idea in a cookie tin with a beautiful ribbon.

How to Prepare No Bake Chocolate Balls

🥛 After you make my almond milk recipe , you will notice you have almond pulp left behind.

🍯 Add the pulp to a food processor with hemp hearts, cacao powder, honey, nut butter and ground walnuts.

🌀 Process the ingredients until you have a nice dough.

🥄 Now, take a tablespoon , scoop out a little bit of the mixture and roll it into a ball (I got 14 chocolate balls).

🥥 Roll them into your favorite topping such as coconut, cacao, or any nuts of choice.

❄️ Refrigerate for a few hours and enjoy.

Nonna’s Tip 💧

Make sure the almond pulp is not too wet by squeezing out any remaining nut milk.

  1. You can improvise and use agave instead of 🍯 honey to make these vegan.
  2. You can use any seed or 🥜 nut butter you love.
  3. You can absolutely add in a scoop of 💪 protein powder as well.
  4. You can use the pulp from other homemade nut milks such as cashew, walnut, or hazelnut.
