- ▢ Cut the mango alongside the pit and scoop out the flesh from both sides. You can cut out and enjoy the flesh around the pit as a chef’s treat or even add it in the food processor as well. Add the yogurt, agave, lime juice and give it a blend. Feel free to use a blender as well but a food processor is easier.
