Common Questions

If you don’t have oat flour you can simply add some rolled oats to a blender and blend until you get a flour-like consistency. I used rolled oats the other day and I personally like this texture way more as it’s definitely more fluffy and less mushy.

You can use almond flour in this recipe as well, about 1/4 cup almond flour for one medium banana. I haven’t tried coconut flour, gluten-free flour or whole wheat flour, but I’m sure they would work. Add a bit at a time until you get the right consistency.

You can certainly add ingredients like chocolate chips, blueberries, or nuts to these Healthy Banana Pancakes for extra flavor and texture.

Store any leftover pancakes in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 days.
