Fortunately, my blender works overtime at home. If there is a way for me to make something by blending all of the ingredients together in one shot, you better believe I will. This Blender Banana Bread is another one of my blender baddies that comes together with minimal time and effort , yet tastes like you’ve spent the entire day Betty Crocker-ing 👩🍳 it up in the kitchen.

Why You’ll Love Blender Banana Bread
If you’re a fan of my other blender sensations like my Whole Lemon Blender Cake or Whole Orange Blender Cake , you’re going to love this Blender Banana Cake 🍌. Following the same simple method, where all ingredients are tossed into a blender , blended, and then poured into a pan to bake, this Banana Bread is ridiculously simple to make while giving you pro-level texture and taste 🤌. This recipe is ideal for busy mornings, quick cravings or baking sessions with your kiddos. You’ll have a perfectly moist and flavorful loaf with minimal cleanup and no fancy baking skills required!
How to Prepare Blender Banana Bread
🌡️ Preheat oven to 375F (190C).
🍌 To a blender add: 2 ripe bananas, avocado oil, 2 eggs, and almond milk.

🍁 Next, add in the maple syrup, flour, baking powder and a pinch of salt.
🌀 Blend on high for 20 seconds and pour into a lined loaf pan .

🌰 Sprinkle the top of the batter with chopped walnuts.
⏲️ Finally, bake for 45 to 55 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean (it will depend on the oven).

Nonna’s Tip 🍫
Top the loaf with any extra ingredients you love: chocolate chips, any chopped nuts, seeds or dried fruit.

- If you don’t want to make this Banana Bread using any small appliances , you can kick it old school. Simply mash the 🍌 bananas really well in a mixing bowl , then stir in the wet ingredients, followed by the dry ingredients.
- I’ve used a standard loaf pan to bake this Blender Banana Bread, but you can also use a muffin tin with paper cups, or a silicone variety. Just adjust the bake time to around 20 minutes and use the toothpick method to confirm they’re fully baked.
